Future Analytics Consulting Ltd. (FAC) Coordinate Critical Infrastructure Resilience Conference in Brussels
FAC is coordinating the Critical Infrastructure Resilience Conference 2018, which will be held in Brussels on April 10th 2018. Professor William Hynes and FAC new addition Dr. Sheryl Lynch have collated and edited a paper on behalf of the European Commission that will be launched at the conference. Titled ‘White Paper on Resilience Management Guidelines for Critical Infrastructure. From theory to practice by engaging end-users: concepts, interventions, tools and methods’, the research was prepared under the Research and Technological Development Crisis Management Topic 7 within European Commission Horizon 2020 Secure Societies Theme.
The conference will give DRS-7 Project Coordinators and Researchers an opportunity to showcase their work and discuss key themes and strategic priorities for resilience in Europe. By working together, the DRS-7 projects aim to ensure consistency, pool knowledge and work towards improving resilient responses to disasters. The participating projects are: DARWIN, Smart Mature Resilience (SMR), RESOLUTE, IMPROVER and RESILENS, which FAC has been coordinating since 2015.
The Conference will run from 9.00a.m. to 4p.m. at Convent Garden 2 (REA building), Auditorium Nowotny, 25th Floor, Place Rogier 16, Brussels.
